Truffle Hunting, Tasting & Lunch
Are you a fan of truffles and mushrooms? Join us to go on a hunt for some of the best truffles in the Molise woods. Plus, taste local delicacies!
A unique experience, the magic of a real truffle hunt: with the help of dogs, we will personally guide you in search of the precious underground mushroom. You’ll also have the opportunity to see how the truffles are transformed into different sauces and you will also be able to buy the products.
Cooking Class & Meal
Our Cooking Classes are a hands-on experience. A mix of food, culture, and practical lessons. An experience allowing you and your family to fully immersive yourself in the cuisine and culture of Molise. Learn to make dishes which you can easily reproduce at home.
Learn to make fresh pasta, like our grandmothers made them in Molise. We will teach you every process and stand by you teaching you every step.

Get hands on join the locals at harvest time. Experience how local wine & olive oil comes to life in the fields at harvest time.

Visit to Local Artisan Knife Maker
The knife makers of Molise are renown for their skill and craftsmanship in creating some of the worlds most detailed hand knives.
Visit their workshops to get a look at the process for yourself of this lost art.
By 1835 there were about 500 artisans all over Molise dedicated to the processing of steel. Today, Frosolone is the only center not only of the region but throughout the South, where they still produce knives and scissors.
Horse Back Riding* & Meal
See the region from a different perspective. Ride along the beautiful beaches of Molise (or through the vineyards & fruit trees) with your own guide.
